Good food really good prices
Good food ,great prices and service.
Service was awesome. Polish food was just like mom's. Felt like I was home.
Super pleasant experience for a low cost, casual, semi/healthy family dinner. The staff was really friendly and accommodating to our toddler.
Love this place great food excellent prices great staff.
GREAT SELECTION OF FOOD!!
Asked for polish plate. It was great. Golumpki, polish sausage, sauerkraut, pierogies, mashed potatoes and soup. Very reasonable price.
Great place to eat comfort food! Their dill pickle soup is delicious!
Fantastic "Polish" reuben. Incredible staff. Great time.
Very good. There was 25 of us and they did a wonderful job serving us.
I got breakfast here and the service was awesome, the waitress was really kind and attentive. Also if you like potato pancakes, this place has some great ones. I’ve also heard really good things about their pierogis so I’m looking forward to going back.
The food there is excellent
The atmosphere and staff were so friendly and made us very comfortable. The service was quick and the food was very good. I love having a polish option so close by! Would definitely recommend this place!
Hands down best Polish food ever. Delicious. Best price for breakfast too. :-)
Amazing food here! Great service. Definitely recommend
Decent place to go for a cheap eat in a dive diner with Good food. Service is always decent and the food is always good when you start ordering more of the Polish side of the menu. Some things I would like to mention that need to be addressed... 1: the menus, please update them.. just do it. 2: update the specials menu to properly reflect the days the specials. 3: the booths don't fit fat people, and there are plenty of them
This place is a quiet little place with a lot of class. Great food. We go there every time we are in the area! Best City Chicken!
I was very disappointed with my visit at Alexander's recently. I had the all you can eat fish and was very disappointed to find out that this option was catfish and that the fish was fairly soggy. My family with me ordered the polish plate and I tried their food as well and was equally unimpressed. The pierogies are meh and the kielbasa is not the best, however the cabbage rolls are decent. I'd highly reccomend you head to Hamtramck to the Polish village cafe if you really want good Polish food.
Authentic polish food & great service I love this place and can’t wait until the family & I can dine out again
You definitely get your bang for the buck here. Food is always great, service is great. I have no complaints at all.
Fast fresh and friendly nice little hidden gem to get you away from the chain restaraunts. Almost like a Coney Island but they make there polish food from scratch
This place is OK. We stopped by here bc you can't find Polish restaurants where we live.
This is a great little hidden gem. The food is pretty good, portions are huge, prices are fantastic. You can tell their patrons visit often as many are on a First name basis. This was my first time eating here, and I still want more pierogies.
Great food.great prices and awesome group of people taking care of you.
Homemade polish food. Even the iced tea was done right.
Awesome. Portion sizes exceed the price you pay.
Great prices! Amazing food!
Best pierogies ever! All the other food is delicious too. Love that this restaurant is family owned and run, honest food made by good people. Wish I lived closer, I would eat here all the time!
Small little place. Good service and good location. Some food was really good and other was not so good. The pierogis potato pancakes weren't very good. However, the stuffed pepper and mashed potatoes were great.
Service was wonderful. Food was ok but nothing to write home about. Would definitely go again for service but not so much for food.
Coleslaw great. Good food
One of my favorite places to go to. Mostly homemade and reasonable prices.
Had an omelette & hashbrowns. Hashbrowns were cold and tasted like the grill.
I’ve lived in South Lyon for 4 years and wish I had come here a lot sooner than now. Food was excellent, well prepared and fresh. I will go back again. Prices are very good here.
all the food made there fresh and was delicious, the staff was helpful and friendly. prices were fair. I will stop in again, they make you fell welcome.
Have been going here for many years, including when they were at their original location. Their Kraut is still one of the best around, and I still enjoy their soups, but many other dishes have gone down hill. The staff are also not even close to being as friendly, and customer oriented, as they used to be. 😒
Good price for food and decent selections
This site says that they are open for carry out only-THIS IS NOT CORRECT! THEY ARE OPEN FOR DINE IN SERVICE!!
Great little place. The food and the service.
Very good food great prices
Delicious! Had the chicken, polish plate and honey chicken! Food was hot and amazing! Waitress was very friendly too! Great prices!!
For a great breakfast and wonderful friendly service, you cannot beat Alexander's. Their homemade soups, especially their dill pickle soup, will leave you wanting for more.
Great value, really good broasted chicken!
First time here. Dill pickle soup is really good and so are the perogies. Stuffed cabbage was a little over done. Service was good and the food came out fast.
Been going here for years, Awesome employees & Owners, Family Oriented feeling, good service & Good Food.
Family favrite we used to come every Sunday hopefully well all be able to go again soon in person hmmm
Nice menu.....great prices. We had broasted chicken. Loved it! Can't wait to try this place again. 👍😁
Friendly service, good food and reasonable prices
If you read the other reviews you’ll notice that the only things people seem to like about this restaurant are the dill pickle soup, the Polish cuisine, and the cheap breakfasts. And that’s about all my family like about it as well. They often close early because they just don’t have the customers. But they seem to do fine for breakfast and lunch. I think the owners should limit it to a breakfast/lunch establishment and simply feature their Polish dishes on a lunch menu that offers smaller portions.
I eat in this spot a lot since I work right next to it. I like how the service is always awesome and they keep the spot well organized at all times. Prices are convenient and they serve generous portions.
